Our services
Finishing work from shell handover to a flat ready to move into. These are the trades we carry out regularly.
Tiling
Wall and floor tiles on a prepared substrate, with the setting-out and grout lines agreed before work starts.
Complete bathrooms
Strip-out, waterproofing, services, tiling and fitting the sanitaryware in one run — one schedule of works, one invoice.
Drywall
Partition walls, suspended ceilings and linings built dry, without long drying periods in the programme.
Skimming and painting
Skimming of walls and ceilings and a paint system suited to the room and its moisture levels.
Floor coverings
Laminate and vinyl on a levelled subfloor whose residual moisture is checked before laying.
Fitting work
Doors and frames, skirting, shelving and bathroom fittings installed to measurements taken on site.
Home renovations
Partial and full renovations with the sequence of trades and the programme agreed in advance.
Electrical preparation
Chases, openings and conduit for the cabling that follows. We coordinate the installation with the electrician so the trades never wait.

You call or write on WhatsApp. A photo of the room says more than a long description.
Site visit and survey
We take measurements on site, check the substrates and define the scope of works.
Quote
You receive a written quote with a schedule of works, quantities and prices including VAT.
The work
We work to the agreed dates, keep the site clean as we go and keep you informed of progress.
Handover
We inspect the finished work together. Defects are put right before the final invoice.

Interior finishing business based in Koper
Gradbeništvo, Adin Grgić, s.p. has been registered in Koper since May 2019 for other building completion work (SKD 43.350). The focus is tiling, complete bathrooms, drywall and home renovations.

What do the site visit and the quote cost?
The site visit and the written quote are free and commit you to nothing. You pay only for work you have agreed to.
When can you start?
It depends on the scope of works and the time of year. We give you the next available date on the first call, and if we are booked up we say so straight away.
Do you supply the materials?
You can buy the materials yourself or we can order them. The quote always states clearly what is included and what is not.
What guarantee is there on the work?
The statutory rules on liability for defects apply to the work carried out. The specific periods are set out in the quote and are therefore known before work begins.
Do you travel outside Koper?
We work across Slovenian Istria and the Karst, and anywhere in the country by arrangement. Travel beyond Istria is agreed in advance.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes. The business is VAT registered, so every price in the quote and on the invoice includes VAT.
