What data we process
This site has no forms, no user accounts and no database. We receive data about you in two ways only: when you open the site, and when you contact us yourself.
Visiting the site
On every request the server logs the data your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, browser and operating system type, and the page you came from.
These logs are needed to run and secure the site (legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse them statistically and do not combine them with other data.
Cookies
The site sets two necessary cookies: NEXT_LOCALE records the language you
chose so that your next visit does not drop you back on the Slovenian version.
analytics_consent records your decision in the "Google Analytics" section
below — whether you accepted or declined — so you are not asked again on every
visit. Neither cookie holds personal data or tracks your behaviour.
Both are technically necessary to run the site, so no consent is required for them. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
There is no advertising cookie and no tracking pixel on this site. Nor are there embedded maps, videos or social media plugins.
Google Analytics
If you consent to visit measurement (the banner at the bottom of the screen, or
the “Cookie settings” link in the footer), this site uses Google Analytics (GA4)
provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4,
Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_<container ID>) and sends
usage data to Google — including a truncated IP address, pages viewed, time on
site and an approximate location — including to servers in the United States.
Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent alone (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, no script is loaded and no cookie is set. The cookies themselves are stored for up to two years. How long Google retains the related usage data on its own servers is set by Google Analytics itself — we have not configured this value separately.
You can withdraw or later give consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer — just as easily as the original decision was made. More information in Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Fonts
The Barlow typeface is served from the same server as the site. Opening the page creates no connection to Google's servers or any other external provider.
When you contact us
If you call us, email us or send a WhatsApp message, we process the data you give us: your name, contact details and the description of your enquiry. We use them solely to reply and to prepare a quote (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with the job, and beyond that for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
The WhatsApp button is an ordinary link — until you tap it, no connection to Meta's servers is made. If you choose to write via WhatsApp, the conversation runs through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., which processes the data under its own terms and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area. We have no control over that processing. If you would rather avoid it, please call or email us instead.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to the processing. A message to the address above is enough.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
Automated decisions
We do not use your data for profiling and make no automated decisions with legal effects for you.
